Main responsabilities

- Monitoring and forecasting stock levels
- Making and monitoring yearly purchase forecasts
- Maintaining safety stocks
- Producing reports and statistics of sales, purchases and stock levels
- Continually improve purchasing methods and procedures in order to optimize costs, simplify internal processes and help brand development
- Initiate, establish and develop good relationships with existing suppliers
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Transport pricing negotiation
- Logistics and transport management
- Controlling and administration of payments and invoices
- Support our Product Management
- Integration of new purchase tool
- Assistant to COO

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and positive attitude
- Organized and process orientated
- Enthusiastic, high energy and unafraid to “roll up your sleeves”.
- Ability to think out of the box , and to work under pressure
- Fluent in English, written and spoken. (The Interview will be in English)
- Fluent/Native in Spanish (Native or very high level is essential)
- Very good MS Office knowledge - Advanced level of Excel
